      cup hemp hearts (3.5 oz/100g)
      cup sliced almonds (3.5 oz/100g)
     1 cup coconut chips (1.8 oz/50g)
     ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts (1.1 oz/30g)

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and fill the keto muesli into a suitable storage jar.

    Serve with some plain greek yogurt or low carb milk of your choice (like unsweetened almond milk).
