HOW TO MAKE THE KETO TUNA PATTIES:

You can do this by pressing the lid of the tuna can onto the tuna or by wrapping it in kitchen paper and squeezing out the moisture.
Add the tuna to the bowl with the avocado.
Dice the onion and add it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything thoroughly until you get an even mixture.
Form about 20 small tuna patties with your hands.
Heat a bit of ghee or another heat-stable fat (like coconut oil) in a large frying pan and place your tuna patties in the pan.
Fry the tuna patties for about 7-8 minutes total on both sides over medium-high heat.
Enjoy your keto tuna patties warm or cold.
Store your keto tuna fish cakes in an airtight container in your fridge and consume them within 4-5 days.
You can extend the shelf life of your tuna cakes by freezing them!
To do this, put them in an airtight container and freeze them.
Defrost them in the fridge for a few hours when you're ready to eat them.
