This healthy apple cider vinegar salad dressing is the perfect alternative to store-bought salad dressings with tons of sugar!
It's a keto salad dressing as well as paleo and vegan!

Keto Salad Dressing (Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing)

 2 fl oz (60ml) vegetable oil of your choice
 2 fl oz (60ml) apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp erythritol
 2 garlic cloves
 1 tbsp mustard
 salt, pepper
 optional: salad herb blend

Mix all of the ingredients in a small glass or bowl and pour it over your salad right before serving.
