Easy Chocolatey Coffee Keto Fat Bombs (Easy Keto Dessert Or Keto Snack)

 1 tbsp (15g) softened butter
 1 tbsp (14g) granulated erythritol
 1 ½ tbsp (12g) finely ground almond flour
 ½ tsp instant coffee solved in 1/2 tsp hot water
 ¼ tsp baking cacoa powder (dutch processed cacoa powder)

Solve the instant coffee in hot water.

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and chill in your freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Separate the mass into 4 equal parts and roll into balls.

Optional:
Shape the balls into an oval "bean" shape and press the backside of a knife into the middle of the "bean" to achieve an authentic coffee bean look.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying these coffee fat bombs.

Cover with plastic wrap and store in your fridge for up to 3-4 days.
