Ingredients:
 ¾ cup mascarpone cheese (5.6 oz/160g)
 2 ½ tbsp powdered erythritol (0.9 oz/25g)
 1 tsp instant coffee
 1 tsp hot water
 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Add the ingredients to a middle-sized bowl and mix until you get a smooth mass.

Dissolve the instant coffee in a small amount of hot water and add it to the remaining ingredients.
Mix again, until everything is well combined.

Fill the fat bomb mass into a suitable silicone mold, like one of these silicone candy molds that are perfect for fat bombs.

Place the silicone mold in your freezer.

Depending on what mold you are using and how big your fat bombs are, it takes about 2-4 hours until they are completely frozen.
