Ingredients:
 ½ cup diced tomatoes (8.8 oz/250g)
 1 tsp basil
 ½ tsp oregano
 ¼ tsp salt
  tsp garlic powder
  tsp pepper

Add all of the ingredients to a sauce pan and let the tomatoes simmer at medium heat for about 12-15 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Puree the sauce with an immersion blender until no large chunks are left.
