These super easy & fast garlic deviled eggs are absolutely perfect for anyone who is on the ketogenic diet. They're highly nutritious and ideal keto snacks or as a quick keto breakfast idea!

Easy Garlic Deviled Eggs (Russian Eggs, Stuffed Eggs) - Easy Keto Snacks, Low Carb Snacks

 6 eggs
 4 tbsp (60ml) mayonnaise
 1 garlic clove, pressed
 salt, pepper
 optional: parsley

Boil the eggs for approx. 15 minutes until fully hardened.
Let them cool off completely.
(You can use a large bowl filled with cold water to accelerate the process.)

Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
Remove the egg yolks from the egg whites and collect all of them in a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, pressed garlic and seasoning to the egg yolks and blend with a hand blender.

Fill the egg whites back up with the egg yolk mixture.
Optional: Add parsley for decoration!
