Summer can be tough for those of us who are on the ketogenic diet! This keto blueberry milkshake will help to satisfy your cravings in just 5 minutes!

Keto Blueberry Milkshake

Ingredients:
 6.75 fl oz unsweetened almond milk (200ml)
 1.70 fl oz heavy cream (50ml)
 liquid sweetener to taste
 2.60 oz frozen blueberries (75g)
Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend for approx. 30 sec.

☝︎ Make sure to not blend too long as the friction might warm up your milkshake and I think we can all agree that a warm milkshake doesn't sound like something we want!
