Creamy Keto Cucumber & Tomato Salad With Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
 1 cucumber (approx. 300g)
 10 cocktail tomatoes (approx. 150g)
Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing:
 1 garlic clove
 ½ cup creme fraiche (115g)
 ¼ cup water (60ml)
 1 tbsp chives
 1 tbsp parsley
 salt, pepper to taste
Instructions:

Wash the cocktail tomatoes and the cucumber.

Cut both into small pieces and add them into a large salad bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the creme fraiche, water, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Add the garlic clove as well by pressing it through a garlic press.

Pour the garlic creme fraiche dressing over the cucumber tomato salad and mix thoroughly.
