Ingredients:
  cup sliced almonds (1.8 oz/50g)
 ½ cup chopped hazelnuts (1.8 oz/50g)
 2 tbsp brown erythritol (0.9 oz/25g)
 2 tbsp hemp hearts (0.7 oz/20g)
 1 ½ tbsp sunflower seeds (0.5 oz/15g)
 1 ½ tbsp pumpkin seeds (0.5 oz/15g)
 ¼ cup coconut chips (0.5 oz/15g)
 1 egg white

Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Add the remaining ingredients for the keto granola bars to the bowl with the beaten egg whites and fold them in.

Fill the mixture into a bar silicone mold.

☝︎ If you don't have a bar silicone mold, you can still make these keto granola bars.
Add the mixture to your baking tray and form bars so they can be removed from the baking sheet individually after baking.

If you choose this method, you should be careful with the baking time and reduce it if necessary, because the bars can burn faster without a silicone mold.

Bake the granola bars for about 10 minutes.

Allow the bars to cool completely before removing them from the silicone mold or baking sheet.
