These keto peanut butter cookies are so incredibly easy it's almost ridiculous! Only 3 ingredients needed and ready within 20 minutes!
Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until you get a smooth dough.
Form equally sized balls from the dough (I got about 16 from the recipe) and press them down with the palm of your hands.
Take a fork and gently press on the cookies to make a criss-cross pattern.
Make sure to leave about an inch on between the cookies because they may spread a bit.
Bake in preheated oven for approx. 8-12 minutes.
Let cool down before enjoying them with a hot cup of tea or coffee!
