This low carb tiramisu mousse will probably become your go-to keto dessert when sweet cravings strike you! It's literally done within 5 minutes and tastes amazing!

 ½ cup (3.7oz/105g) full fat mascarpone cheese
 1 tsp (5g) baking cocoa powder (dutch processed cacoa powder
 1 tbsp (0.5oz/13g) erythritol

Mix the mascarpone cheese, baking cocoa powder, and erythritol until you get a smooth creme.


Eat right away or store in your fridge for up to a day.
You can also fill your mousse into a silicone mold and freeze it to store it longer (if you manage to not eat all in one sitting.)
