Ingredients for the vanilla fat bomb mass:
  cup soft butter (2.5 oz/70g)
  cup defatted almond flour (1.4 oz/40g)
  cup powdered erythritol (1.4 oz/40g)
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients for the chocolate fat bomb mass:
 1 ½ tbsp soft butter (0.7 oz/20g)
 1 ½ tbsp defatted almond flour (0.4 oz/12g)
 ¾ tbsp powdered erythritol (0.2 oz/7g)
 ½ tbsp unsweetened baking cacao powder (0.2 oz/5g)
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Add all of the ingredients for the chocolate fat bomb mass into a middle-sized bowl and mix well, until you get a smooth mass.

Add the ingredients for the vanilla fat bomb mass into a separate bowl and mix again, until you get a smooth mass.

Scoop out about double the amount of the vanilla fat bomb mass compared to the chocolate fat bomb mass.
Add small chunks of the chocolate mass throughout the vanilla mass, to create nice patterns at the end.

Form about 12 bite-sized balls (approx. 1"/2.5cm) by rolling the fat bomb mass in your hands.

Let the finished fat bombs chill in your fridge for at least half an hour before you enjoy them.
