Tropical Passionfruit Keto Cheesecake In A Jar (Super Easy Keto Dessert)

 3.25 oz full fat cream cheese (approx. 90g)
 2 tbsp heavy cream, beaten (30ml)
 2 tbsp granulated erythritol (approx. 26g)
 ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract (optional)
 1 passionfruit (approx. 1.75oz/50g)
 optional: 1/4 tsp locust bean gum powder or guar gum powder

Mix the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and erythritol.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Fill the cheesecake cream into a jar.

Optional:
Add 1/4 tsp locust bean gum powder or guar gum powder to the passionfruit to get a thicker consistency.
I personally prefer the thicker consistency but you can absolutely skip this step.

Pour the passionfruit on top of the cheesecake cream.
