These healthy pistachio keto fat bombs are absolutely perfect as a quick keto snack or dessert! Made in 5 minutes with only 1g net carbs per fat bomb!
Add the pistachios to a food processor and blend for approx. 20 seconds until you have no big pistachio chunks left.
Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl until you get a smooth, green mass.
(Optional) Place the mass in your freezer for 10-15 minutes.
This will make forming the balls a lot easier.
Scoop out 1/4 of the mass at a time and roll small balls with your hands.
Optional: Roll the balls in ground pistachios for a bit of decoration.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying them!
Store them covered with plastic wrap in your fridge for up to 3-4 days.
