This keto cauliflower "mashed potatoes" recipe isn't only hearty and comforting but incredibly easy as well!

Keto Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes (Keto Side Dishes)

 1 (~500g) head of cauliflower
  cup (200ml) cream
 ¼ cup (50g) butter
 1 pinch nutmeg
 salt, pepper
 1 pressed garlic clove (optional)

Remove the florets from one head of cauliflower and chop them up into chunks.

Add the butter and the cauliflower chunks to a pot.
Sauté the cauliflower until it has a light golden color.

Add the cream and cook everything for another 5-10 minutes.
Optional: If you choose to add garlic, add it 1-2 minutes before deglazing with the cream

Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Puree everything with a hand blender.
