 12 champignons
 2 Vienna sausages (or hot dog sausages/frankfurter)
 1 ½ cups (180g) full fat cream cheese
 3 garlic gloves
 1 tbsp (15g) parmesan cheese
 1 tbsp (8g) almond flour
 1 tbsp (13g) parsley
 salt, pepper
 shredded cheese

Wipe your mushrooms with a kitchen towel to remove rough dirt.
Remove the mushroom stems and finely chop them as well as the garlic cloves.
Add them into a frying pan with cooking oil and fry them for 5-6 minutes on medium to high heat.

Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.

Add your fried mushroom stems and garlic into a bowl.
Add the cream cheese, parmesan, almond flour and parsley and mix everything thoroughly.
Season with salt and pepper.

Chop the sausages into small one-inch pieces.
Fill the mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.
Tuck the sausage pieces into the cream cheese filling.
Top the mushroom caps with a bit of shredded cheese.

Bake in your oven for 20 minutes.
