This keto shepherd's pie is the perfect low carb dinner to make for your whole family!
Comforting, delicious and keto-friendly!

Peel the garlic clove and carrot and chop them as well as the onion into small cubes.
Start to prepare the keto-friendly cauliflower mashed potatoes.
Add a tbsp of heat-resistant oil (e.g. olive oil) into a pan and sear the ground lamb for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped vegetables as well as the frozen peas and fry for a few minutes before adding the tomato paste.
Fry the tomato paste for 1 minute, add the almond flour and fry for another 2 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper as well as dried thyme and rosemary.
Deglaze with the broth and let everything cook for approx. 10 minutes.
Puree the cauliflower mashed potatoes.
Fill the meat base into an oven-safe baking dish and spread the cauliflower mashed potatoes evenly on top.
Grate some parmesan cheese over the dish.
Bake in the oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit/200°C for approx. 20 minutes.
