Enjoy this delicious holiday treat without the fear of kicking yourself out of ketosis! These Keto Marzipan Potatoes are 100% low carb, super easy and quick to make and high in fiber!

Marzipan Ingredients:
 1 oz (30g) powdered erythritol
 1 tbsp (15ml) water or rose water
Topping:

Mix all of the ingredients for the keto marzipan in a bowl and knead with your hands until you get a smooth mass.

Form small one inch sized (2.5 cm) balls using your hands.

Add the baking cocoa powder and the cinnamon into a separate bowl and mix both.
Roll the balls in the cacao powder until fully covered.

You can enjoy them right after making them!

Store covered with plastic wrap or in an air-tight container either at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 2 days.
I recommend to eat them on the same day though because they get hard rather quickly.
