These healthy little keto pecan marzipan pralines are the perfect treat for the holiday season! Super delicious, low in carbs, paleo & vegan with only 1.4g net carbs per praline!

Make the keto marzipan using this recipe.
Chill the marzipan in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Form small pralines using either your hands, a silicone mold or even an ice tray.
Alternatively, you can press the mass into a cookie scoop or a round tablespoon scoop and make the pralines that way. (That's the way I did it.)
Place the marzipan pralines on a baking rack with a baking tray (lined with parchment paper) beneath it.
Melt the chocolate and add the coconut oil to the melted chocolate.
Cover the marzipan pralines with the chocolate.
Press the pecan half into the wet chocolate.
Let the pralines cool completely and store in the fridge for at least 1 hour before enjoying them.
Store them in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for at least 1 week.
