Easy & delicious keto treat? Gimme! This keto salted caramel & peanut bark is incredibly simple with only 5 ingredients and 15 min of your time needed!

In a small non-sticking pot, melt the butter on low heat.
Add the remaining ingredients except for the flakey sea salt as well and mix until everything is fully combined.
Pour the mixture onto a suitable tray lined with parchment paper.
It works best if the tray isn't too big and has borders so that the melted butter won't spread too much.
You can also use something like a casserole dish lined with parchment paper to do this.
Chill until the butter is completely solid (approx. 1 hour).
Sprinkle the sea salt on top of the hardened "keto caramel" to turn it into our keto salted caramel & peanut bark and cut it into chunks.
I cut my bark into approx. 6-7 pieces.
Serve just as it is or with a cup of tea or coffee!
Store covered with plastic wrap in your fridge for up to a week.
