This sugar-free, low carb strawberry chia jam is a dream come true for anyone who is on a low carb diet! A natural & healthy replacement for highly processed strawberry jam from the store!

Add all of the frozen strawberries to a small non-sticking pot and set your stove to low/medium heat.
Let the strawberries simmer for about 20-30 min.
Make sure to stir the strawberries every few minutes to avoid burning them.
After about 20-30 min, take the strawberries off the stove and puree them with a hand blender.
Add the chia seeds and the erythritol and mix everything up.
Add the finished strawberry chia jam to a jar and store in the fridge for up to a week.
