    HOW TO MAKE THE KETO PIZZA SAUCE:

    Ingredients:
     ½ cup diced tomatoes (8.8 oz/250g)
     1 tsp basil
     ½ tsp oregano
     ¼ tsp salt
      tsp garlic powder
      tsp pepper

    Add all of the ingredients to a sauce pan and let the tomatoes simmer at medium heat for about 12-15 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.

    Puree the sauce with an immersion blender until no large chunks are left.

    Use this keto pizza sauce instead of storebought pizza sauce for any recipe.

    The amount of sauce you get out of this recipe is just right for our keto pepperoni pizza.
     

    Storage:

    Store this low carb pizza sauce in an air-tight container in your fridge for up to 5 days.

    You can freeze this sauce!
    This way you'll always have a sugar-free low carb pizza sauce on hand.

    Reheat the frozen sauce in a small pot once you want to use it.
