KETO PIZZA OMELETTE INGREDIENTS:
This section is where I share a few suggestions and explanations for the ingredients you’ll need for this recipe.
(You can find the exact amounts needed on the recipe card embedded below this section).
HOW TO MAKE THE KETO PIZZA OMELETTE:
Add all of the ingredients for the pizza sauce to a sauce pan and let the tomatoes simmer at medium heat for about 12-15 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Prepare the eggs while the sauce is simmering.
Add the eggs, milk, and salt to a large bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Set the bowl with the egg aside for a moment while you briefly puree the pizza sauce with an immersion blender.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and then add the eggs to the pan.
Let the eggs fry for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat with the lid closed, until the omelette has no more liquid spots on the surface.
Spread the pizza sauce on the omelette, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top and then place a few slices of pepperoni on your pizza omelet.
Cover the pan again and wait about 5-8 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Cut your low carb pizza omelette into 8 pieces and enjoy fresh - it tastes best that way.
Cover your keto pizza omelette with plastic wrap or put it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
